Itinerary ^{_______________________}

Day 1             Arrival Marrakech

Upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel where you will be given time to settle in and freshen up.  Dinner will be served at the hotel

 

Day 2              Marrakech

After breakfast, the group will have a guided tour of Marrakech, the southern pearl of Morocco. You will discover the Palace if the Bahia, the Saadian Tombs, the Menara Basin and many other hidden treasures.    After lunch, you will continue with the tour on to the magnificent Koutoubia Mosque and the famous Djemaa el-Fna, one of the center attractions of Marrakech.  Coming alive at night with the local storytellers, entertainers, and mouth-watering barbeque pits, the square is well worth a visit.  The tour will conclude with an exploration of  the souk (market) lined with fresh fruit, mounds of spices, intricately woven Berber carpets and many other art objects of Morocco. 

 

Day 3              Marrakech

This day can be spent exploring the streets of Marrakech, shopping for the exotic wears that can only be found in Morocco, or leisurely strolling through the market place while having your eyes widened to the reality of this amazing city.

 

Day 4 Marrakech / Ourika Valley / Marrakech

After breakfast, you will take a day trip into the Ourika Valley, enjoying another environment of Morocco. Keep your eyes out for the Berber villages tucked away in the hills. At the end of the Ourika Valley are the beautiful waterfalls of Setti Fatma. You will return in the evening to your hotel for dinner.

Day 5              Depart Marrakech

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport for departure.
