TangierThe door into Europe, Tangier has long been a key location on the Mediteranian Sea. Throughout the centuries, Tangier has been inhabited by almost every ruling power. In 1956, Tangier joined the rest of Morocco around the time of independance. Many travelers pass through its port each year, most just heading into the southern part of Morocco. Recently there has been much investment into the region in order to bring economic revival into the area. |
